Even though the world's most brilliant scientist Dr. Floyd is currently trapped in the world of classic literature with his arch nemesis Mastermind Dr. Steve,

Time is constantly marching forward back in Saddle River City.

And although, currently, Dr. Grant is on his way back

from the National Sidekick Academy

after being made an apprentice,

and Chips is returning from a robot homeworld after helping her mother and father,

Dr Floyd's secret underground laboratory is not quite as empty as you might imagine.

Just one last screw. There! I'm in! ha ha ha!

Even the venerable Fort Knox like security of Dr Floyd's secret laboratory is no match for the likes of me,

Cousin Oliver.

Whoa ho!

Of course an unguarded ventilation shaft on a trusty Saddle River City Rakued Scout pocket knife held too.

I must say, it sure was fortuitous that those time and space worms came across me floating

aimlessly in the time and space stream.

All I had to do was to promise to deliver this letter from their

princess to Dr. Floyd,

and they sent me back to present day Saddle River City.

Hmm, it appears as though as if everyone is gone and the lab is empty.

No matter, I've waited this long for revenge. I could bind my time a little longer.
