How are you?

I hope you're well. Thank you very much indeed as always for being here.

It's an interlole of course so

everything is a bit quieter than normal the refereeing furore has died down I

guess after last weekend's game against Brighton and we're just sitting here hoping and praying and keeping

everything cross at the players who go away on international duty, come back safe and sound and

ready to go because once we get back the schedule is pretty fucking tough it has to be

said spurs away in the North London Derby without Declan Rice of course then it's

Champions League action in Italy as we go to Atalanta,

which is followed very quickly on Sunday by Manchester City Away. So it is going to be a pretty stern test of our

qualities and character which is why this is one of those interloles where you're just

keeping everything crossed that everyone comes back safe and sound.

But that's obviously something we'll find out in due course.

Today we might as well just have a nice relaxing interlole chat

without getting too stressed about anything because

well there's nothing to get stressed about yet. We can keep our powder dry I guess and who better

to have that chat with than a man who you'll know is the co-host of the

the Stadio podcast it's Ryan hon hi Ryan.
