This will be our fourth child.

A lot of my classmates are young and single, and they think that my life is not as good as theirs,

which is completely false.

Right.

And I always say, after explaining the fact that oh I get to come home to a cooked meal every night and oh

You know I have this these these people in my life that I get to that are excited for me to come home and I like

the funny thing is is that one of the things about being married and being in med school is everybody

thinks it's harder but for me because I have such an awesome wife it's really not

because she takes care of everything for me and all I have to do is go to school

but even after all that they still feel that being married in med school is this, I don't know,

it's terrible thing or something. And so I usually just end the conversation with, well,

when it's all said and done, I'm winning at natural selection and you're losing because I've
