She's on her workouts yet. Yeah. You know, I've been trying to get into the workout classes. I'm doing horribly in them, though, so I don't want to sit up here in front. Like, I'm so out of

I know, but I'm so out of shape. Usually my little hack that I do to like get back into workout

classes. Okay. No, not my thing. But, um, not really my cup of tea

but um

no so what i like to do is i like to go to the gym before for like a week before

do a mile on the treadmill every day

just to like build my endurance back up so that when i go into these workout classes

i'm not completely dying but i didn't do that yeah i've just been jumping

because you do be breathing loud.
