Hey you guys what's going on and welcome to the real estate edition of the

Ron and Don show we do it every Friday it It's one segment. We just talk about real estate. Ron's doing a renovation right now. I'm doing a renovation with one of my partners on two of our rental homes. Ron and I are just, we're renovating right

down the street from each other. It's a property that we've owned for close seven years now.

Ron just purchases property.

So we're at different, yeah,

in our renovations, we're probably at different stages,

and I'll get into mine a little bit

interesting though Ron it seems like as we're heading into

the new year in 2025, with where interest rates are going.

I just read an article that said,

we might see home renovations really take off again. I don't know if we'll see

renovations take off in the same way that we saw them take off during the pandemic,

but we thought we saw things slow down after the pandemic and they said based on building materials

it looks like Americans are about to get to get busy here again right?

Yeah and so I have a couple of thoughts on this.

First one, and I hope that you agree with me on this,

if you're in your house and your home, your condo,

whatever it is, and it's a little bit stale.
