anything. So, Jim, start off with a pretty dour story. We had a terrible disaster in Texas on

the 4th of July. A crazy 100-year storm settled over central Texas or was blocked by some low

pressure, high pressure systems, and it just stayed there and dumped billions of gallons of water.

That is not an exaggeration. Meteorologist

Ryan Maui said that about 120 billion gallons of water fell on Care County alone.

The ground was already pretty saturated from previous rains, so the result was a catastrophic

flash flood in which the banks of the Guadalupe River surged by in some

places 26 feet in just about 90 minutes.

So far, we're looking at about 104 people who have died over the course of this storm in

six counties.

Many more are still not, have not been found.

The worst tragedy appears to have occurred at this girl's summer camp where

dozens of campers were swept away. Just recently, as of this writing, I've seen about 10

children are still missing or unidentified. It is just an incredible tragedy. But the reaction
