Hey Kurt, it's good to see you man.

I'm doing great and I know you just got back from a nice long week in the

Bahamas how was it with uh... jiavana

oh we had so much fun the water was crystal blue the resort was awesome it was

beautiful the food was incredible. Every day we went to the beach and then later on we go up to the pool. We went parasailing. We were going to go swim with the pigs, but there was a three hour trip on a boat and

there was no way my knees were going to make it but we really wanted to do that I

don't know if you heard about that but you can swim with pigs in the Bahamas.

That's pretty crazy.

I wanted to do it, even with my knees.

Well, dude, I'm glad that you were still able

to enjoy all of what you were with your knees.

So that's good.

Yeah, I was very fortunate, but I did a lot of walking and my knees got really sore, but it was worth it.

Now I saw all kinds of social media posts and I'm sure everybody that follows you listen to the show it did as well and

it looked like you guys just had the most absolute blast.
