0:42.0	so I'm pretty impressed that she managed to keep him and this
0:45.4	was a time when like baby farms were a thing and workhouses and stuff like that.

0:52.0	1891. But she was able to raise him as best she can.
0:58.0	And then their fortunes changed when Ronald was 11 and his mother married a fairly well-off man.
1:04.5	So Ronald was now able to go to grammar school,
1:07.8	but he was an incredibly poor student.
1:10.6	He used to lie about everything he would regularly just skive off and not come in
