Today I have sitting right beside me a very special guest who happens to be my sweet daughter,

Mary Frances. She's grinning ear to ear with her two front teeth missing, which is the cutest little smile. She is. How old are you, Mir Bear?

Seven. She's seven. She's such a blessing. We were just sitting downstairs and the house was unusually quiet. We've got kids all over the place. Some are napping. Some are at the orthodontist. Some are outside.

And she and I were sitting at the dinner table. She was doing some coloring. And I told her,

I need to go upstairs and use this moment of quiet. What should I share with these mamas?

Because I'm always prayerful about what I share here and not wanting just to say random things and not wanting

to fill airspace but wanting to be a conduit of the spirit of God. And I said, Mary, do you have any

ideas of what I should say? And she came out just so clearly with this beautiful thought and I asked

her if she'd be willing to share it with you guys. So Mary, do you have a word of encouragement for the listeners today?

Yes. It is God doesn't love you for if you do good things or if you say good things,

he loves you for who you are because you are the child of God.

Amen. Amen. So some days I feel like I don't do so good. Some days I don't feel like I do

all the things the right way. And you're telling me he still loves me? Mm-hmm. That's a good word, Mary.
