Today we have the special opportunity of listening in on a conversation that I got to have with Gary Thomas. He is a well-known author. He's written, I think, over 20 books, and he has a pastoral heart, a gift of teaching. He's just an incredible man. A little bit of his bio. He is a writer in residence at Second Baptist Church in Houston, Texas, an adjunct faculty member on spiritual formation at Western Seminary in Portland and Houston Theological Seminary in Houston.

He has authored 20 books, including When to Walk Away, Sacred Pathways, Cherish, and Sacred Marriage.

He has a master's degree from recent college and was awarded an honorary doctorate in divinity from Western Seminary.

So he is well thought through. He is thorough. He is inspiring. He's kind. And I just had a blast talking to him.

We talked about his newest book called Married Sex. And we actually went into so much more.

We talked about the deeper heart behind a renewed view of sex, the difference between seeing sex through a Genesis 1 paradigm versus a Genesis 3, how we get stuck in Genesis 3, which is the damaged, broken, sin view.

And God really was the author of all of goodness when it comes to sexuality.

And so we basically have a wonderful

conversation of reframing thoughts about sexuality and I hope that you enjoy it
