I just came back to the country where I'm usually stationed at after five lovely days over in, I don't know what's the correct thing to say here,

Catalonian or Spanish Barcelona,

obviously Catalonian man.

Like I still do not, cannot believe

that it is not a separate independent republic,

because if you actually visit Barcelona which by the way literally

unequivocally I've been to I don't know 50 60 cities in my life arguably the the best place I've ever seen. It's so good that I wouldn't live

there because it's so good. Like it's too good. It's annoying me like it's like

why is everything clean and why are people nice and like why is literally the worst thing in the city the tourists which I am a part of

But that aside well whenever you're walking around through the city the number of

Catalonian flags in every fucking corner even even the police I don't know if

maybe it was because it was like their big like St George's Day, which by the way they celebrate as

in a more similar manner to how we celebrate St Valentine's Day. I mean how you Catholic celebrate St Valentine's Day because our Orthodox people don't celebrate St. Valentine's Day

because we're like, oh, it's a Catholic thing.

So we do like a day when we go and like we make wine, but they ignore that. So it's uh I don't know if it was because of

that celebration or not but every fucking street corner had a Catalan flag and even the

cops even the cops like the flag that they would wear on their sleeve was like of the of the you know the the

Catalan one so like it's very like I only saw a Spanish for like three times maybe in the

entire city and it was in like a very

official buildings and it was like squeezed in between like the city flag a

Catalan flag a European Union flag and then you know somewhere in the

middle is like a half
