How are you? Hope you're well. Thank you very much indeed as always for being here. Football is back tomorrow,

Saturday Arsenal take on Crystal Palace. After a two week break since our last game,

the lads have been out in Dubai, getting some warm weather training under their belts.

I hope that when they have returned to the UK, if it's as cold in the UK as it is in Ireland right now,

I'm a bit worried about things shriveling up and tightening up and not functioning in the way that we would like them to.

However, maybe all that vitamin D from the sunshine has been just the thing that we need it.

And by we, I mean the entire team and not just Ben White's tan.

There's been a bit of a problem in recent weeks not scoring enough goals letting too many

goals in simple fixes really when you think about it simply don't let any goals in and

just score a lot more and everything will be right as rain.

And to those of you who think it's easier said than done, well that's why you're not working

at the top level of professional football like I'm not anyway. It will be good to have

football back on Saturday. We're midway into January, more than midway into January and and not much is happening in the transfer market.

I know many people are invested and hopeful that Arsenal might do something, but so far,

nothing. And we're not alone in that regard either we're far

from alone there's not a great deal happening in in the Premier League at all so

we're gonna talk about all that we're gonna talk about some young players Michael Michael Artetta, Ivan Tony, Arsenal Stryker Search and lots more besides.
