because it makes a big difference if you know you have choices, as opposed to not even knowing

there's something available for you. My dental career began 31 years ago, so I am 31 years into

private practice, but about 10 years in, I pivoted.

I went from fixing teeth to doing growth and development early.

So I was a tooth fixer for a while and very successful. I enjoyed it. It's not bad.

But at 10 years in, I realized, hey, there's a little different approach we could do here.

I started taking courses, learning about treating children early.

And I started learning about the connection between underdeveloped jaws, poor breathing or sleeping,
