So MBD, massive ruling from the Court of International Trade saying, sorry, IEPA, this emergency legislation that Congress passed in the 1970s, does not authorize

sweeping worldwide tariffs, no matter what the Trump administration might think, and we're

suspending the fentanyl tariffs and the retaliatory tariffs, so-called, and I think another set of tariffs as well.

The universal 10% maybe is also suspended, but I guess that was part of the retaliatory tariffs.

Anyway, not all of them, but a lot of them, markets initially happy about this, then they kind of settle down because I think they figure out the

Trump administration.

One, this really might not stand and it's been stayed for the time being and there are other

authorities in the drawer, the Trump administration can rummage around then, around in there

and find to try to reimpose a lot of these terrorists but what
