Having over 10 years of experience working with law enforcement and fire service agencies she is particularly passionate about the unique challenges within the first responder culture. Deana holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University and a Marriage and Family Therapy license in the state of California.

Deana's foundational perspective is that optimal wellness is an active pursuit to understand and achieve your full potential in all aspects of life. Her role is to educate, offer perspective and suggest tools for first responders to live a fulfilled life with ease.

Today, Deana discusses her life story and what inspired her to become a therapist and help first responders, why its important to put yourself first in order to be the best spouse and parent you can be, way to start improving your life immediately and the impact of being present in your children's life has on them.
