This day is called the Feast of Liberation Day.

He that outlives this day and come safe home will stand a tiptoe when the day is named and rouse him at the name of liberation. He that shall live this day and see old age will yearly on the vigil feast his neighbors and say tomorrow is Liberation Day. Then he will strip his sleeve and show his scars and say, these wounds I had on Liberation Day, old men forget,

yet all shall be forgot, but he'll remember with advantages what feats he did that day. Then shall our

names familiar in his mouth as household words, the right honorable Charles C.W. Cook, the

dominator, Dominic Pino, and the notorious MBD, Michael Brendan Doherty, be in their flowing cups, freshly remembered. This story shall the good man teach his son. And liberation, liberation day shall ne'er go by from this day to the ending of the world, but we in it shall be remembered. We few,

I said anything. So MBD, Liberation Day indeed is upon us or has come. And I don't know.

I don't know, MBD. What do you think? I mean, I think this is an enormous, enormous gamble by the Trump administration.

And I think there's two ways it could play out.

I think if you take the view that Donald Trump is just an economic idiot, savant, or whatever,

an economic idiot, doesn't understand tariffs, doesn't understand trade at all, doesn't

understand power, then he's going to do exactly what I think Michael Strain wrote in the,

in National Review, which is political gravity will begin to settle in as people hate these tariffs and the price rises, they bring them out, and he will find ways to back off of them with a variety of announcements.

And then eventually, you know, he'll renegotiate USMCA, the US-Mexico, Canada free trade agreement, and return us back to basically the position he started at.
