It's going good. Today we're going to be talking about some adjustments that have been made to the top 150. We did add a feature

at Establish the run.com that has rankings changes explanations and that's going to be in effect through the start of week one.

And a lot of people find that as a very, very helpful feature, you know, understanding why guys are moving around the top 150.

We're also going to talk about some ADP changes and maybe one strategy take at the end and we also just recorded a podcast with

Greg Rosenthal now of NFL network slash NFL.com slash the around the league podcast and he both kind of he put kind of both of us on the map and there was a great discussion so

if you're into that kind of stuff check check it out. Yeah, for sure.

I wanted to remind everybody of a couple things.

First, Evan's team by team previews

have started to go up on the site.

If you don't follow anything all off season, right?

Like you weren't following us on Twitter, you weren't listening to any shows,

you just want to show up and start getting ready.

If you can just take the time to read each one of Evans,

team by team previews, they're like 800, 900 words or so you'll be way way

way ahead of the game and so we're going to post those slowly as they come out I

think we have five six seven up of them so far and we'll get the next all of them out over the next month or so but I think that's a really good way to catch up.
