Our guest is Malika Andrews, who hosts a new show MBA today on ESPN.

And we might add, she's only 26 years old.

Malika has been an MBA sideline reporter for ESPN.

And in fact, was the youngest lead sideline reporter for the MBA finals.

This summer, she also became the youngest person ever to host the MBA trophy ceremony.

Malika went to the University of Portland, where sports journalism came into her life,

which we talk about with all of her success.

Malika is open about how her journey has involved adversity and some extremely difficult moments.

She is a gem of a human being.
