Dr. Sandra Dalton Smith, thank you so much for being on the podcast.

0:49.6

It is my pleasure. I'm so grateful you're here. I have wanted to talk to you for now a couple of years

0:58.4

1:42.0

the next thing you want to talk about.

1:47.2

And I wrote some other books, another book in between there.

1:50.3

It's just something that's really on my heart. And it's hard to get away a topic that just so consumes you.

1:55.0

It's like I see God in all aspects of rest.

1:58.2

And so I just started noticing that I was finding a lot of people who had

2:02.1

kind of next step questions. Yeah. So it's like, okay, now that I know the seven types of rest,

2:06.9
