we're affirming this stuff in some of our mama very apologetics guide to sexuality books but this is

such a needed topic for today because today I have got the amazing Molly de Frank on our podcast who wrote this awesome book called

Digital Detox.

Now if you have kiddos in your household, you know that they love being on these things.

But unfortunately, these are starting to take over our lives and even our kids.

And so this podcast, I want to give a bit of a conviction warning and possibly the discussions on this video are going to motivate perhaps

some behaviors that have crept into your households and that's a good thing because to be honest dad has given us our children

to shepherd and steward and so often social media influencers on social media

YouTube they are taking over our families and we need to take that back.
