episode number 74. My name is Ryan McCaffrey. Thank you for joining me for another year of Ride the Lightning

It should be the most exciting year year of course

course it's my third calendar year doing this podcast second full year. It was great to

great to complete a full calendar year last year. I'm very proud to say did not miss a week.

Thankfully, illness didn't keep me away. I was able to stay, never quite lose my voice

or get sick enough where I had to skip an episode and

managed to work around vacations and work trips and such so very proud of

staying with such a regular schedule last week hoping to do the same this year.

There is a little more to get to this week than I expected.

You know, I contemplated,

eh, should I skip this week, take the week off,

but didn't want to lose the momentum.

I feel good about doing the show every week so let's get to it I wanted to start

by of course wishing everybody a happy new year and hopefully it's going to be a 2017
