Hey everybody and welcome to episode 73 of the Pink Bike podcast.

I'm Mike Levy, your usual host for these get-togethers,

and after a bunch of episodes where we talked about the big outside news, mountain biking's

unsung heroes, and that two-part special interview with Richard Cunningham that you better

have listened to already, we're finally turning back to some tech stuff today for the podcast where we're going to be

delving in to the details today we're going to talk about some of the finer points of bike set up

the details that matter to each of us and why the details that matter to other people and maybe

we don't understand and some details that we'd like to see in the future. So there's going to be

plenty of arguing on the way. So as usual, I've got my American teammate and fellow Mike here with

me, Mike Kazimer, I'm sure will disagree with the details that I think matter more than others.

Kaz, I have a question and I need an answer. What do you think is the most

overblown detail that mountain bikers think about too much? And why is it the amount of

travel they have or believe they need? That's a tough question there. I feel like you've

been beating that dead horse for like, what, 10 years now? I think 14, actually. 14, 14 years,
