Fear is important, you know, it's the thing that stops you from like putting your hand in a fire,

you know, or it's that kind of niggling intuition that tells you like this is good or you should be afraid of this.

But I think if you let your fear drive,

it can really shut you down and kind of,

you know, put you in a place where you're not going to have a lot of kind of

internal accessibility and I think a healthy amount of fear gives you an edge you

know and it can make you pretty elastic and and not feel too constricted about like whatever intrusive thoughts are happening.

And so it's my favorite kind of fear.

It's a fear that like I can deal with that you know that we can give some oxygen but it's not sucking the life out of the experience.
