The whole family is back. I'm very excited.

We have a great show and store for you today, but I got a warn you listener that three out of four of us are not quite on our A-game.

Luckily, A-F-D is coming in in our A-game.

That's right. That's right.

Well, should we just go around the horn? I'm going to be honest. I hung out with some of my dad buddies last night.

And it was like fun. It was like fun. So here I am.

You made it.

I decided to sabbath hard Sunday afternoon and went out and floated in the pool quite a lovely day, not a problem with the sky.

And then three hours later, woke up in pain.

And you know what? You wake up the next morning. You feel a little nauseous, like kind of sun poisoning. I've heard about this.

I've never experienced it before.

So like, are you burn burned? Like, is your body very red?

I mean, I'm floored or burned in the sense that like, I'm outside every weekend. So I'm not like, you know, vulnerable to that.

Yeah. Which is why it's so odd. Like, I'm in pain.
