exposed as the master architect of yet another taxpayer-funded grift.

This time, it's a $20 million diaper diaper deal funneled through a nonprofit network tied to

his wife.

Forty million diapers as many.

Typers will be distributed this year as Californians.

We'll get to 80 million next year.

The goal ultimately is 160 million, but we'll start 25% of the need,

get up to 50% of the need next year. So we're going to go where the need is greatest first,

and we'll start with 400 diapers. The state is set to hand out 40 million diapers at a bloated 50 cents apiece.

That is 8 to 10 times what bulk buyers pay at Costco.

The math doesn't add up.

For the very families, it's supposed to help.
