Thank you very much indeed.

As always for being here, I'm not going to hang around with this particular intro and

I'll tell you why.

It's not because I don't have things to say because I probably do.

Don't ask me right now what they are because I usually just start talking and then my brain

goes into gear and then it just keeps going.

But what's happened is I was just cooking, I've just finished doing some cooking and I was

using some quite a lot of ghost chili powder in the thing that I was cooking and some

of it appears to have gone up my left nostril somehow.

Now I wasn't snorting it because it wasn't an episode of Jackass but it's up there and

what happens is about every five or six minutes now I get these kind of sneezing

fits that take ages to go away.

So I'm trying to get through this intro before the next one comes along.

So I think we'll just get on with the show.

It's plenty to talk about all the same where we are, the North London Darby, where we're

going, what we can do between now and January, what we can do between now and May, plenty,

plenty to put in your ears for the next hour or so and with me to do that, somebody we

haven't spoken to since, oh, last year, it's Amy Lawrence.
