Like, sort of gatekeeping, if you're higher up in the performing arts, like, you can kind of use your leverage to get people to do things they don't really want to do.

So that like that kind of transcends beyond just dance stuff.

But she's also, the dynamic that I find really interesting and sad in this is that the lead ballerina, who's, who's so powerful, was helping her husband traffic. So he was like basically, I'd blame her too, but

yeah, he was basically puppeteering her to get him victims. And this woman who should have been

able to just like hold her own because she was like the top of the world still just like did what he wanted.

Gross.

And justified it.

And that happens in that Gloria that she was a musician, a singer who was really, really,

really, really popular in the 90s.

And it turned out that she ended up, was accused of trafficking girls for her,

I think, her business partner.

But so she had like all of this fame and fortune and like notoriety and like power, but she

was still, this person behind the scenes was still kind of like pulling all of her strings for her.
