You're going to be. So here is the thing. We had an editorial meeting recently at National Review and somehow the topic of the end of the world

came up and from this flowered a discussion about how you, we, anyone, would survive if they were alone.

If they were, as far as they knew the last person in the immediate vicinity

and perhaps anywhere, although that is not necessarily a hard and fast rule.

And let's be honest, some of us were a little more confident,

perhaps even cockier than others about their chances of survival and I thought it would be a good idea to take that conversation away from the

cloistered hush of the morning call and put it onto my podcast. That is what I am going to do and I'm joined in this pursuit by Luther Abel.

I hope you all now believe that he is a real boy.

Jack Butler who I have made up and will be voicing throughout and

Phil Klein who I don't mind divulging was I think the most confident of all of us that he would be able to make it through.

So here goes.

The world is in a state of crisis. You are alone, as far as you know.

There is no chance of you having your meals cooked for you

or your electrical device is fixed. having your

electrical devices fixed and you have to survive

Yeah, so the scenario we gave ourselves was that we returned from space and find ourselves

off the Florida coast.

And so being in Wisconsin, that's quite a shout away from home for me.

So thinking through it, my wife actually had a brilliant idea, as she's want to do.

I would go to Disneyland or actually Disney World first.
