I have lost a little over 100 pounds.

How much weight have you lost, darling?

I've lost about 150 pounds.

If you add up the 25 years of weight loss and weight gain, I've probably lost like

2,000 pounds.

Yeah, probably.

But I don't want to brag. Yeah. I don't want to brag about it.

So I mentioned Dunder Mifflin and Michael Scott. Those of you who are fans of The Office will know.

Or pretty much any human on Earth. Yeah. Worth their salt. Yeah. Worth their salt. Do people say that?

I don't know. Is salt even that expensive now? I don't know.

I, uh, if you are fans of that show, you'll know it is the office. And, uh, we're going to talk about

workplace eating and how to stay on track at work. We did an episode, uh, very recently about, uh, if you're, if you're at home all the time. If only I worked at work. We did an episode very recently about if you're if you're at home all the time.

If only I worked at home, then I could lose all the way. Yeah. And then everybody's working at

homes. Like if only I went to an office, I could lose all the weight. It's kind of like a

freaky Friday situation. Like for some reason, you Lindsay Lohan and then you get caught up with

whatever Kathy Lee. Jamie Lee Curtis. Oh, Jamie Lee Curtis. There's so many Lee's in there. I don't know.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You're swapping with somebody whose middle name is Lee. If only, we live in an if only
