His name is Dr. Carlos Del Rio, who is Hubert Professor and Chair of the Hubert Department of Global Health at the Rowland School of Public Health of Emory University and

Professor of Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Del Rio is a native of Mexico where he was executive director of the National

AIDS Council of Mexico from 1992 through 1996. He was also a member of the program

coordinating board of United Nations AIDS from 1995 to 1997.

And I also learned that he was former Long Cove resident at the Johns Hopkins Hospital
