Kirsten Watson is a mom of seven. Yes, you heard that correctly. And the wife of author and

retired NFL player Benjamin Watson. Her debut book, Sis Take A Breath, offers encouragement for

moms who need permission to exhale. Together, she and Ben founded the One More Foundation,

which is devoted to spreading love and hope to one more soul.

Y'all, we are so excited to have the two of you on our podcast. This has been in the making

now for two years. Yes, two years. We're so excited. So can we start off by we all just talk a

little bit about your family because that could take a minute or two. That's our hope. How much time

do you have in your story, both of you? Well, there's seven Watson kids. We call them the seven

arrows. That wasn't the plan. First of all, well, I'm sure we'll get into this, but I may as well

go ahead and say it. We talked about having four kids. Four was a great number. It was a great number,

but somebody couldn't keep their hands off of me. Oh, gosh. See, this is why I should start the

conversation all the way. And so we just blew right past four. You know, because she won
