I'm in a little bit of a rush but I

gotta feed the people. I mean it's not so much procrastination but when I took off my took

that break of doing the show my routine fucked up and in the middle of my routine fucking up

you lost an hour now I mean so usually when i'll wake up like around

nine now i'm waking up around 10 and then that means i'm not drinking tea until 11 and then i'm not

eating too i just got to get it all together i haven't been sleeping i've been going to sleep every night

around like four or five in the morning so like my whole everything has been fucked up. You know what I'm saying?

So for my man that engineers the show and I'm just putting out like unengineered episodes,

my fault, bro, my mom, trying to feed the people.

But I'm going to get into a routine to where I start recording on Sundays again.

I do all three of my episodes and I'm able to get that shit really smoothed out,

get all the wrinkles ironed out, give it to the engineer extraordinaire, and then be able to do

what I got to do. And just shout out my engineer. The man's name is Eon Black. Now, I don't know

if you guys have, um,

listen to the new Jim Jones album, but he never met Harry Fraud before.

And he's put out this incredible body of work, the fraud department,

and I listen to that shit almost every day.
