Alright everybody welcome back to another episode of the heavy checklist podcast guys we are on a roll like we are just cranking out content right now

It feels good. It's a new year

You know accomplishing new goals new tasks and more importantly we're putting together this checklist and I know that every single one of you guys listening

It's just bam bam bam knocking off things off this checklist because it's simple. It is so simple and it feels so good

Part of my daily routine guys is when I get into the office I go grab it's actually an envelope

I got these custom made envelopes for my business they say SMCO on them and it is my favorite piece of paper to write my to-do list on

So I just start banging out with things I start writing like you know short-term goals things that I got to do that day like go to the bank

Send this email respond to this person bam I write them all out and there is something very empowering about checking things off that list

Drawing literally scribbling a line through it knocking things off your list man

It just helps you feel like you're accomplishing things and getting stuff done do it if you're not doing it start doing it and start adding our checklist items to your daily checklist

As you guys know I record this podcast with some of my very very close friends business partners and people that I hold in very high regard
