We're 10 days after the election, Trump has become an unprecedented loser in the courts.

No litigant has lost more, so much, so fast.

Yesterday, I told you that he won a tiny victory in Pennsylvania that didn't matter,

and that he'd also lost 12 the suits he filed since Election Day.

So he was one for 12 yesterday.

Today brought news of nine more losses, nine of them.

I'll talk about one in detail, a major one out of Philadelphia with huge implications by the federal appeals court,

but also he had losses in Michigan and Pennsylvania and other places. In Michigan, the judge said Trump's interpretation quote of events is incorrect and not credible. So Trump is at this point

one in 19, one out of 19, one out of 20 that he's won.

That's about a success rate on coronavirus too, but that's another story.

Today also brought news that Trump's main law firm in his election disputes has dropped him as a client.

Yes, dropped the president as a client.

Today also brought news that 16 career federal

prosecutors who were assigned by bar for to monitor election abuse and fraud, wrote to him

and said, we find no evidence of this. And they said that he should rescind his new policy,

trying to interfere with the election,

which itself overturned a 40-year policy that the Justice Department had had.

And of course, today also brought news that Georgia has now been called for Vice President Biden,

giving him 306 electoral college votes.

And you might remember 306 was exactly the number that Donald

Trump and Kellyanne Conway proclaimed was a blowout back in 2016. Now let me tell you a little
