What's up, man? Welcome back. I know it looks a little different. It looks a little different here because you

0:27.9

can get stressed to me out yesterday. I want to get right into it. I don't even want to pussy foot around and pretend like I had

0:33.8

them up half the night stressing. I mean, for the level God, I call Dre. I call Dre and I yelled for 11 minutes. Thanks for listening Dre. I appreciate it. Of course, you probably

0:45.3

following me on social media. If you follow me on Twitter, I have been getting dragged mercifully for like 24 hours straight

0:53.0

now because of something that I said on this podcast on episode time. What episode was it? Was it the last one?

1:05.8

What I said was I said as a black woman. Well, first of all, I said that I watched some of David Chappelle's special comedy special.

1:18.8

David Chappelle is my favorite limit comedian. I don't know if I mentioned that. Big fan of David Chappelle really motivated and inspired by David Chappelle and the likes of being honest.

1:31.7

I mean, I've always appreciated that from him. And I feel like I come honest with everything that I do. I try to be. So I started out with that saying that I didn't disagree with a lot of things that he said.

1:45.7

And then I went on to say as a black woman, I don't feel supported by the LGBTQ community at all. Like ever. I think that's exactly what I said. Something like that.

1:56.7

A guy screen recorded 26 seconds of that posted on his Twitter. And it got a lot of views. It got a lot of traction and people were really, really, really upset.

2:08.7

First off, what I have to say is.

2:14.7

We might have to call him like my blood pressure is raising. It's okay. I don't want to put this. It is a certain sense of responsibility you have when you have a platform. And for me, the gaze, the LGBTQ community has always been really welcoming and opening and loving towards me. No bullshit, especially on Twitter, especially on that app.

2:41.7

That drag the fuck out of me. I don't want to be a baby because it's my turn because I've seen people get dragged and went through the thread and left and sent it to people.

2:52.7

Although I'm not the person that is going to tweet somebody and say bitch, I hate you because of what you said. It's just not my style.

3:01.7

I have to say that I misspoke. Oh, Jesus, my side. I have to have to say that I misspoke and I was wrong. And I should have explained it more and been more detail in it.

3:19.7

I definitely was talking about white LGBTQ. And I don't even know now right now as I'm saying is, is that even appropriate to say, you know what I mean?

3:31.7

I think I share with a lot of people share black people white people indifferent. Some of it is just confusing to me because I've always looked at myself as a supporter of that community.

3:42.7

So I wouldn't think there was ever really anything I could say that will be hurtful. See, because I know I anger people, but I don't really care as much than as I do for people that are hurt by me because I don't want to hurt anybody ever.

3:55.7

I got on the same platform that I have and I said that Boosey Bay that was a homosexual. I don't even want to hurt Boosey. You know what I mean by giving my opinion about talking my shit.

4:05.7

And at the same time, this is a podcast based in comedy. I'm a fucking comedian. That's what I do. I'm here to make you laugh. Like, and I'm not this funny. Oh, that was funny. I'm that funny. And y'all know that.

4:21.7

And that's why a lot of y'all are here, which further makes it a little harder to understand, but for the most part, I have been hurt by people. And for sure I've been hurt by things that will not hurt, but I've been angered by things that like some white people have said, or white people have done or police or whatever.

4:40.7

And if they were making an apology or saying they misspoke or they said it wrong, I wouldn't want them to be around the bush and play with it at all. I didn't mean that. And if I hurt you. I'm sorry that I hurt you because I don't want to hurt you.
