Happy belated New Year.

I'm Chris Schifflet, your host as always. We've got a lot of good

stuff coming up in the coming weeks, some good interviews with the likes of

Rodney Crowell, Courtney Marie Andrews, Aaron Lee Tazgin, just to name a few, and of course today

we're going to kick off the new year with my buddy Tim Easton.

We have a nice long honest deep conversation so grab a beer or a

you know a cup of coffee or something sit back settle in because it can be a long

episode today.

Well actually you know I think that the majority of people listen to

podcasts in their car so maybe don't grab a beer.

Coffee's fine maybe grab a water.

Whatever you feel. Okay, so you know I wanted to thank everybody for you who came out to those shows I did around the holidays opening for X. They were great. Super fun to get out there and play my new songs with a full band and hear what that sounded like.

Got some more solo acoustic shows coming up in February.

I'm going to open up for Dave House at his record release party over at the Redwood in LA

And I'm going to play it with my buddy Timmy Curran and also Paul Cannon down in Enceenitis at Unive Surf Shop, continuing the

surf shop tour.

And I don't want to blow the surprise or anything, but I will blow the surprise. I'm planning some

solo gigs coming up here soon. We're routing a tour. It's going to be a short tour, but

it's going to be a tour.
