Summary

Today we have a brutal case for you. We will be covering the case of one of the youngest serial killers America has ever seen. But we are not covering the case from the perspective of this killer, but from the one who got away. The killer’s third victim, that we know of, was able to survive her attack with the help of her neighbors. But that is what made her vulnerable. After she got away the killer escalated and intensified his crimes but his main goal was to take down the only woman that could identify him and he was going to stop at nothing to finish the job the second time around.
