Tracy. My guest host today is the lovely Rachel Wilkerson Miller. Hey,

Rachel is a friend of mine and a bushy colleague. She's a senior editor at

bus feed and I refer to her in my private life. I don't know if you know this

but I refer to you as the black more matured. I've definitely meaning as a

compliment because she's got so many thoughts on organizing and self-care.

So we're gonna talk Martha Stewart shit. We're gonna talk men and feminism and

we're gonna do a men got to do better segment because it's been too long and

y'all is still fucking up. It's my favorite topic. Let's do it.

You ready Rachel? I'm ready. Okay, we're gonna start with the standard question.

What do you do in life? I am currently a senior editor at Buzzfeed. In general,

I do editing and writing, usually covering things that fall under lifestyle.

So DIY weddings, I just really like home stuff, kind of like goals motivation,

how to live your best life, that sort of thing. So what Rachel is not gonna tell

you is that she's basically the black Martha Stewart. I have been trying to,

well, I've been wanting to get into hand lettering for a lot of time. Oh yeah,

but I'm so intimidated because I have no artistic skills. And I actually don't

really like my mom is super artistic and like she can just like sketch things out.

She builds things she's incredible. So when I compare myself to her, like I can't

really draw. I can't really do things like that. So I don't really think of myself as

like particularly artistic. It's interesting. Consider that like if you're worried about it.

I mean hand lettering is just really great. You should try it. We talked about this.
