Well, hello there everybody. It is Melanie Mitro and we are back for this week's episode of Women Inspiring Women. Gosh, it's been such a wild and crazy week for me. I have been in

Las Vegas last week for my company's annual leadership

event and just spent about four days just getting my cup filled. There is something about going to

live events that I just can't even explain. It's just so powerful to get to events and people ask me,

like, how do I keep from burning out because I've been doing my job for seven and a half years,

kind of doing the same kinds of things, you know, day after day, week after week. And when somebody

asked me that question, I was like, I get to live events even if they're

not specific to the industry I'm in but maybe leadership or development or public speaking or

mindset I just make sure that I get out of my house and go to events and network with other people

that are doing things better than I am. And for me,

that just totally recharges my batteries and gets me excited about the future. And so, you know,

the company I am partnered with offers these events a couple of times a year that you can

qualify for. And I put it on my goal board and I never miss an event because I just know how important

it is to my growth, to my mindset, to staying fresh and having an abundance of new ideas

and ways to, you know, just keep my content as valuable as I can. So I've been at this leadership event.
