1:16.4 | We can have physical after effects, after we spend time with others where there are a lot |
1:23.8 | of emotions that might get activated for us. |
1:26.4 | And of course, around the holiday time, and a lot of us are returning home for visits |
1:31.4 | for, you know, to celebrate the holiday within those family units. |
1:35.5 | It's really understandable that a lot of emotions get activated. |
1:39.2 | And then we do wake up the next day or days later, and we feel that physically in our bodies. |
