2:16.0	to look at what help can be given to try to stop those that perpetrate these crimes. First up we have the case of Paul Lambert born
2:26.4	Paul Scales on the 10th of August 1980 in Queensland. So let's get a bit of background on him. Oh and also I will
2:36.1	refer to him as Lambert from now on to avoid confusion because he was born Paul
2:41.8	Scales and changed his name to Lambert.
