On this episode today, what we get into is there's a stigma that I've seen in my own

life as well as in others where you're kind of looked down upon in some circles if you

work for somebody else.

If you take a job, if you're not doing your own thing independently,

solo entrepreneuring it, some people looked down on you. I wanted to talk about that.

I wanted to combat that. I wanted to walk around this and ask the question, can we be

fulfilled? Can we be engaged? Can we progress ourselves by working with and for others?

And the conversation ends up getting into some surprising directions.
