And what I mean by that and why I mean by that is, you know, and the reasoning has to be, you know, obviously you had, Arizona was forced to sell because they couldn't get a new building.

So they were forced to sell.

The NBA forced their owner to sell sterling, I think, the owner of the clippers.

That was for other reasons, but there are reasons that can call for a forced sale by the commissioner

and the owners okay financial instability uh things about your like if you can't get a
