I had green beans curry, good juice style with a little bit of jaggery in it.

What's jaggery? Good. Oh, yum. They add a little bit of sweet in everything. So this one had like a tinge. It just brings out actually the spice out a little bit more when you add that. And then I had, and a black, I also made a black bean curry with like homemade chapatis,

which is like pulkas and it was awesome.

Now your black bean curry, is that like Rajima?

Rajma, but with black beans instead of the rajima. Yeah.

Yeah.

I love green beans cooked Desi style.

We call it palia.

Pahlia?

Yeah.

Pahlia is green beans for like Bacizanis.

Yeah.

And then it's usually with potatoes.
