Summary

As things slowly get back to normal after COVID, how can we keep our family life from being so frantic and busy all the time? This week we talk about encouraging rest and mindfulness in the lives of teenagers and ourselves. Even more importantly for Christian and Jewish listeners, a day of rest is one of God's foundational commandments for our lives! How can we teach Sabbath rest to teenagers who won't put down their phone?! Got questions or feedback? We want to hear from you!
