It always used to be the end of the working week and although I don't work anymore,

No, I don't feel heavy. I just feel lighter on a Friday.

How are you spending an ideal Friday?

Waking up without back pain, doing a bit of exercise, looking at the weather, planning a walk, going for a walk. It could be two hours, it could be four hours.

I've no idea. Well, it's just walking speed. Well, I'm sitting now looking at the little ducklings, so I factor in sitting down.
