Having struggled with weight throughout her life, she shares her journey into wellness and weight-loss thus far. She shares with us some of her findings with regard to the effect of low-carb dieting on gestational diabetes in pregnant women. We extend the discussion to the effect of a pregnant woman’s diet on the child she is carrying.
