starting sometime around 1130 Eastern Standard time after a bunch of

bog-level Democrats delivered their 10 or 15 minute forgettable rants.

There's some debate over whether this was deliberate or not.

Democrats say, hey, it just ran very long.

to Biden earlier we didn't account for all the raucous applause and there are others

that think Nate Silver among them oh give me a break you know you don't you

don't push the current president I almost said former president out of prime time

unless you wanted to do it deliberately.
