Summary

The boys conclude the story of the Green River Killer, as Ted Bundy gives investigators a disturbingly accurate profile of the man he calls “The Riverman,” Gary Ridgway tries settling into a normal life with his third wife, and the task force somehow keeps missing the killer right under their noses. But after nearly two decades of blown chances, DNA and trace evidence finally catch up with Green River Gary, leading to his arrest, his confessions to dozens of murders, and the present day, where he continues to rot away in prison.
