Our guest today is Dr. Orillian Portouis, an outstanding expert in the field of competition law and enforcement.

Orrillion is the director of the Schumpeter project on competition policy at ITIF.

And for those who don't know ITIF, it is the information technology and innovation foundation based in Washington, D.C.

One of the major, if not the leading economic and technology policy think tank in the United

States. Well, and in addition to steering the Schumpeter project at ITIF, Orienne is also teaching competition law,

for example, at the Global Antitrust Institute at George Mason University and at the Catholic University of Paris.

Needless to say, Orienne has published extensively about antitrust policy, principles of competition in competition
